The Cambodian eArrival is not a Visa
While serving as an electronic travel document, the Cambodia eArrival does not automatically guarantee entry into Cambodian territory. Visitors requiring traditional visas must secure both their standard visa and complete the Cambodia online arrival application form process simultaneously.
Similarly, travellers from visa-waiver countries are also obligated to obtain an approved Cambodia eArrival before departure. Essential for every international visitor entering Cambodia, this digital authorisation becomes accessible for submission a month prior to your scheduled arrival.

Why Apply for eArrival?
In order to promote the tourism industry, the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation introduced, in 2006, the eArrival, also known as the Cambodia Online Arrival Form. As of 2024, it is a mandatory prerequisite for international travellers visiting the Kingdom.
The eArrival for Cambodia is mandatory for both visa-exempt and visa travellers to the Kingdom.
The online application process involves these straightforward phases: complete the digital form, submit the required processing payment and receive the approved eArrival for Cambodia in your name by email.

Pay the Service Fee
The service fee is 74 USD. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can apply, free of charge, for the same eArrival at arrival.gov.kh.
eARRIVAL sent by email
A PDF – your approved eArrival for travelling to Cambodia, will be sent to you by email. All you have to do is to keep the file in your mobile device and to present it upon request, at the Cambodia port entry.
eARRIVAL APPLICATION FORM QUESTIONS:
The Cambodia eArrival online application takes just a few minutes to complete. The digital application is divided into several sections, each gathering specific traveller information:
Personal details of the traveller include:
- Full address of the applicant
- Phone number
- Occupation
- Valid e-Mail address
Passport image of the applicant:
- Image of the personal information page of the passport
- PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG are accepted
- The passport image must be clear with all the information well visible, especially the machine-readable zone at the bottom of the page and the photo.
IMPORTANT: Those of you who hold a dual nationality, make sure you upload the passport you will be travelling to Cambodia with.
Accommodation information needed:
You are asked to provide the full address of the point of accommodation.
Travel information:
- Transportation method (air, maritime, or overland arrival)
- Arrival date
- Purpose of visit (tourism, friends and family visit, business, etc.)
Once all the requested information is completed, you will have to verify it before proceeding to the payment of the service fee. Within several hours, you’ll receive the email confirmation containing your approved eArrival for travelling to Cambodia.
